Prisma Guide: privacy notice and terms

This is the privacy notice (KVKK art. 10) and terms of Prisma Guide, Prisma's city and events library app. Two kinds of processing rely on consent and have their own texts: PrismAI consent and Go together consent.

1. Controller

The data controller is PRISM Creations Ltd.. Reach us by writing to @administration in Prisma.

2. Signing in

There is no separate sign-up; you sign in with your Prisma username and password. Your password is sent only to Prisma's Matrix server; the Guide's server never sees it. The Prisma session opened to sign you in is closed as soon as it has proved who you are and fetched your PrismAI key. The Guide keeps its own session token only as an irreversible hash (SHA-256).

4. Who else sees it

OpenStreetMap / Overpass and Photon: place and address searches go through the Guide's server; these services never see your IP address or identity.
OpenFreeMap: map tiles load directly on your phone; it sees your IP address and the area you look at.
Meta (WhatsApp/Meta AI): only if you use the assistant, with your separate consent.
Google Maps: only if you tap "See on Google Maps"; the place's name and position go to Google from your device.
A match sees your Prisma username; nobody sees it before.

5. Your rights

In Profile > Privacy and data you can download your data, withdraw consents and delete your account; deletion is immediate and permanent. For anything else write to @administration.

6. Terms of use

The Guide is free. Place data comes from OpenStreetMap contributors and may be incomplete or outdated; check before you go.
The assistant's suggestions are AI output and can be wrong.
Review only real experiences of your own. Insults, hate, advertising, fake events and other people's personal data are not allowed. Content reported by three different people is hidden automatically.
Go together is for adults (18+) only. Meet in busy public places; the Guide is not responsible for the safety of meetings.
Prisma's acceptable use policy applies too.
